Tips for selecting roller brushes
1. Look at the density of plush
The plush of the roller brush is the key to quality. The high-quality roller brush product has a high density, a large amount of dipping, a large painting area, a stable plush, and will not shed hair or open threads. The pile density of the low-grade roller brush is loosely woven and will easily fall off.
2. Look at the purity of plush
The raw material is acrylic, the quality is good, the lacquer is good, and the price is high. If there is a certain proportion of polyester, the price of plush will be lower. Its plush quality will also affect the service life and use effect of the product, and most of the rollers are basically required to have plush.
3. Look at the materials of plastic parts
Generally, the imported European products require nylon tube and new material handle.
4. Look at the degree of fit
For the internal plastic parts, you can tear some of the plush by hand. There is no way to destroy the good quality roller type. On the contrary, the poor quality will be easily torn off.
5. Look at the adhesive
Special adhesives and ordinary adhesives, etc., the use of these materials will directly affect the use of the roller brush. Because ordinary adhesives are not durable to use, especially for high-end paints, there is no way to use resisting roller brushes for painting with higher viscosity.
6. Load test
A roller brush of good quality can support a person’s weight if a person steps in the middle of the roller brush. And there is no change in the roller brush. On the contrary, a roller brush of poor quality cannot meet this standard.
